Grid Wars ("the App") is developed and operated by David Griffin ("we", "us", or "our").

Information We Collect

Grid Wars does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require account registration or login.

All game progress, card collections, deck configurations, and energy levels are stored locally on your device using your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

The App loads card artwork and game assets from GitHub Pages (github.io). GitHub's privacy policy applies to these requests. No personal data is transmitted in these requests — they are standard image and file loads.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (energy refills) processed through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple or Google respectively. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's and Google's privacy policies govern all purchase transactions.

Children's Privacy

Grid Wars does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not contain any data collection mechanisms.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
